A block of guest rooms are available at the Sheraton Denver Downtown at the discounted rate of $199/night + $29.35/night tax USD. This rate will available for arrival 9 September - 18 September 2016, and is valid for single or double occupancy.

The cut-off date for reservations is 26 August 2016. We anticipate that the room block will sell out, so you are encouraged to book your reservation immediately. Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival in order to avoid a penalty of one night's room & tax.

Visa Waiver Program (VWP) – You must be a citizen or national of VWP‐participant country. The following 38 countries are Visa Waiver Program participants:

Visa Waiver Program travelers from the participating countries above are required to have a valid and approved Travel Authorization (ESTA) before entering the United States of America. Each authorization granted is valid for no more than 2 years.
